Occupiers register their comprehensive details including contact details, type and size of property required, area of search, etc.  Our website then sorts, matches and instantly distributes the details to agents in the form of an email 'alert'. See the example below.

By registering their office and/or industrial property needs with us, each applicant has declared that he/she wants agencies to contact them.  Around a third of the leads we receive are from companies who have already confirmed that they are willing to retain an agency making them ideal acquisition material. Through our designated agents' only section, you can also circulate clients' requirements to hundreds of UK agencies, region-by-region, at the click of a button - saving time, effort and money on the traditional paper and post method.

All leads we receive go into Enquiry Database which is a searchable database allowing agents to keep abreast of requirements all over the UK as well as in their home region if required.
